3. Acupuncture

① Ear acupoints: liver, stomach, chest, Shenmen, and endocrine. Choose 2 to 3 acupuncture points each time, or apply pressure with fenugreek seed paste.

②Body acupoints: Xuehai, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Qimen, Tanzhong, Neiguan, Hegu, Neiting, Rugen, Shenmen. Choose 3 to 4 acupoints for acupuncture each time.
