How to protect the fetus after pregnancy with retroverted uterus

Women not only need to protect their uterus from harm, but also need to understand their health status at any time. Especially for women who are preparing for pregnancy, they also need to understand the general position of the uterus, whether it is anterior, medial or posterior. This will give them a preliminary understanding of the probability of pregnancy. It is not easy to conceive with a posterior uterus. So how to protect the fetus after pregnancy with a posterior uterus?

The position of a woman's uterus in the pelvic cavity can be divided into anterior uterus, median uterus and posterior uterus. Generally speaking, the chances of conception with an anterior uterus are greater, while the chances of conception with a posterior uterus are smaller. This is because the external cervical os of the posterior uterus points upward, which is not conducive to the smooth upward movement of sperm through the cervical os into the uterine cavity and reach the fallopian tube, thus affecting conception. If the uterus is tilted too far forward or backward, the cervical opening will have difficulty being immersed in semen, and the chance of conception will be significantly reduced.

Pregnant women with a retroverted uterus should take a moderate bath. When bathing every day, in addition to paying attention to not having too high a water temperature, they should also not take too long. Because this can easily make pregnant mothers tired, dizzy, and cold. Especially if they sit in the bath for too long, the uterus will become congested and may cause miscarriage.

It is absolutely forbidden to do lower abdominal X-ray in early pregnancy. During the early stages of pregnancy, especially the first 15-56 days, the embryo's organs are highly differentiated and formed, and are very likely to become deformed after exposure to X-rays. Therefore, X-ray exposure is absolutely prohibited in the first two months of pregnancy, and should be avoided as much as possible in the first three months to prevent the baby from having defects such as microcephaly, dementia, cerebral edema, and microphthalmia. Routine lung radiography for pregnant women should also be postponed until after the fourth month of pregnancy, and X-ray pelvic measurements should be avoided as much as possible. If it is necessary for obstetrics, it should be done after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Avoid infections that cause high body temperature. Fever is a common teratogenic factor. The higher the body temperature and the longer it lasts, the greater the possibility of teratogenesis. In daily life, we should pay more attention to our own temperature, avoid places with poor air quality, and avoid contact with patients with respiratory infections. If you have a fever, see a doctor as soon as possible and get treatment to reduce the fever immediately.

I believe everyone knows how to protect the fetus after pregnancy with a retroverted uterus. Many women still need to go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible when they encounter difficulties in conceiving, so that they can take appropriate measures to regulate and solve the problem according to their specific situation. Of course, after pregnancy, you also need to always protect your own and the fetus's health.
