5. After washing your hair, do not braid it before it is dry and do not go to bed immediately to avoid dampness invading the body and causing headaches and neck pains.

6. Don’t go to beauty salons to wash your hair. The air conditioning there is often very strong, and the beautician may not blow-dry your hair immediately, which makes it easy for you to catch a cold.

7. It is best to use a wooden comb to comb your hair to avoid static electricity that may irritate the scalp.
