Hysterography is an X-ray hysterography that introduces contrast agent into the uterine cavity and bilateral fallopian tubes through a flexible tube, uses an X-ray device to perform X-ray fluoroscopy and film, and determines whether the bilateral fallopian tubes are unobstructed, the location of blockage, and the shape of the uterine cavity based on the state of the contrast agent in the bilateral fallopian tubes and pelvis. Preparation before angiography: 1. Only patients who have tested negative for Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, and Chlamydia can make a reservation. 2. The best time for angiography examination: 3 to 7 days after the menstrual period. The whole process of angiography The first step is to dilate the vagina and expose the cervix. The cervix and fornix are disinfected and sterilized with iohexol, the cervical tube is filled with iohexol to clear the gas in the tube, and the tube is inserted into the cervical canal along the position in the uterine cavity. The cervical clamp is tightened so that the conical rubber head of the tube is firmly attached to the cervix to prevent the discharge of the drug. The second step is that during the angiography examination, the patient lies flat on the X-ray operating platform, basically disinfects the private parts and vagina, then spreads out the sterile testing towel, and then checks the position and size of the uterus. The third step is to observe the contrast agent flowing through the uterine cavity under X-ray fluoroscopy, and gradually introduce iodized oil under fluorescent fluoroscopy. The first introduction amount is 3~5ml, and observe its entry into the uterus and flow through the fallopian tubes on both sides. At this time, a picture will be taken and iodized oil will be introduced again, and another film will be taken after 5-10 minutes. Step 4. Take another photo at the same location one day later, and then observe whether there is scattered iodine oil in the abdomen. If both fallopian tubes are blocked, there will be no iodized oil in the pelvis. If there is only a small amount of iodine oil, it can be considered that both fallopian tubes are obstructed. Common problems after angiography: 1. Two weeks after the operation, you are prohibited from having sex or taking a sitz bath (of course you can take a shower), and you can take oral antibiotics for 2 to 3 days. 2. If you have a small amount of vaginal bleeding within one week after the angiography examination and have no other discomfort, it is normal. If the bleeding is more than the menstrual volume or you have other discomfort, you should contact your doctor. 3. It is best to take contraceptive measures for three months after the angiography examination to reduce the possible impact of direct X-rays. However, clinical observations have found that women who become pregnant this month after angiography do not have an increased risk of fetal abnormalities. 4. The angiography report can usually be issued within 3 working days. You can pick up the report at the main service desk on the first floor. If you need a film, you can make a request and pay a certain fee. |
