How much bird's nest is eaten at one time

The best way to eat bird's nest is to eat small meals frequently, which is conducive to sufficient digestion and absorption of nutrients, but it must be eaten continuously to be better. If an adult takes two tablespoons every morning, noon and evening, the amount of dry bird's nest is about 3-4 grams. Pregnant women can increase it to 5-6 grams, and children 1-2 grams.

It is advisable to stew 1-2 pieces of bird's nest at a time, because 1-2 pieces are about ten grams, and can be taken in three times after stewing. The simplest way to eat it is by soaking and stewing: first, according to different varieties, use a bowl of pure soaking water for different times (about 10 grams use 300ml of mineral water). Because the nutrients of the bird's nest are dissolved in the water during soaking, the water used to soak and clean the bird's nest does not need to be thrown away. Use this bowl of waterproof and fire-proof water to simmer for different times. After stewing, it can be taken with rock sugar, milk, honey, soy milk, etc.

It should be noted that pregnant women should generally take 5 grams of bird's nest at a time, on an empty stomach in the morning. Women who suffer from morning sickness can eat only when they feel they have an appetite. During pregnancy, some pregnant women will feel nauseous to certain tastes. Bird's nests have a slight fishy smell of protein, so when cooking bird's nests, you can add seasonings that are healthy for pregnant women, such as: dried slices such as jujube, longan, and wolfberry, and fruits such as apples, mangoes, pears, and strawberry seedlings. You can also make soups such as bird's nest stewed with black chicken. Pregnant women are forbidden to eat cold food. Papaya, American ginseng and other ginseng ingredients used in stewing bird's nests should not be consumed during pregnancy.
