When the cervical opening begins to dilate, the cervical wall becomes thinner at the same time. Near the internal opening of the uterus, the egg membrane covering the fetus will peel off from the uterine wall. At this time, there will be a small amount of bleeding, which is called "seeing blood". As time goes by, the contractions become more and more intense, the ovarian membrane will rupture, and the amniotic fluid will flow out, which is called "water breaking".

During the second stage of labor, the cervix is ​​fully dilated (10 cm) until the baby is born. At this time, you need to cooperate with the waves of labor pains and push down as if you were having a bowel movement. The mother does not need to worry too much, let alone kick and scream. She should let nature take its course, be careful not to contract her feet, and not touch the disinfected parts of her body. After the head is delivered, the baby's head begins to rotate clockwise. After only 2-3 minutes, the entire fetus is delivered. The doctor uses a straw to suck out the amniotic fluid and blood from the baby's nose and mouth. The baby's cry is proof of his health.

Although the childbirth process is very painful for women, the joy of becoming a mother will make women forget the pain.
