How to judge the size of the belly at 11 weeks of pregnancy

For many expectant mothers, their bellies will grow bigger day by day starting from the first month. Of course, at this time, they will gradually become very worried that the baby will stop growing and developing, and whether their usual lack of attention will affect the baby's healthy development. In fact, they should also pay attention to it in their usual times. So how big is the belly at the eleventh week of pregnancy? How should we judge?

Parents-to-be should know

1. Don’t miss the “file creation” period for prenatal check-ups: Expectant mothers should choose a trusted hospital for prenatal check-ups and file creation in the early stages of pregnancy. It is called “file creation” because the hospital will create a file for each pregnant woman, recording every physical examination throughout your pregnancy. The initial filing should not exceed three and a half months.

2. Why do you feel dizzy? In early pregnancy, you may feel dizzy from time to time, especially when changing body positions, such as going from a sitting position to a standing position, or standing up suddenly from a lying position. This is because pregnancy requires more blood supply, and when the body position changes suddenly, the brain does not get enough blood. Be careful not to change position suddenly. If you still feel dizzy without changing your body position, you need to see a doctor immediately to see if you have hypoglycemia or anemia. Is it normal to feel dizzy and lightheaded during pregnancy?

3. There may be special food preferences: At this time, some expectant mothers may have a special desire to eat certain foods. For example, some people like sour food and like to eat hawthorn and sour plum; some people like spicy food and like to eat chili sauce, malatang, and spicy hot pot; some people like to eat stinky tofu and chocolate, etc. This is not because the expectant mother lacks certain nutrients in her body. Don't worry, many people who have experienced this have also experienced this. Generally, this phenomenon disappears after 3 months of pregnancy. The diet of expectant mothers should be based on their own health and the development of the fetus, and they should pay attention to balanced diet and nutritional supplements.

4. Avoid eating too much hawthorn in early pregnancy: It should be noted that hawthorn has an excitatory effect on the uterus of pregnant women and can promote uterine contraction. If the expectant mother consumes a large amount of hawthorn and hawthorn products, it may stimulate uterine contraction and lead to miscarriage. Especially pregnant women who have a history of spontaneous abortion or have symptoms of threatened abortion during pregnancy should avoid eating hawthorn foods.

5. How much weight will a pregnant mother gain during pregnancy? The expectant mother can gain about 15 kg during the entire pregnancy. Among them, the fetus and placenta increased by 3.75 kg; the breast increased by 1 kg; the protein, fat and other nutrients stored in the body increased by 3.5 kg; the placenta increased by 0.75 kg; the uterus increased by 1 kg; the amniotic fluid increased by 1 kg; the blood increased by 2 kg; and the body fluid increased by 2 kg. However, not all expectant mothers gain weight in this way, and there are individual differences in weight during pregnancy.

First of all, from the day we become pregnant, we must pay attention to our diet. Eating more nutritious food is beneficial to our body growth and development, and can help the baby develop better in the belly, so mothers must pay attention.
