4. Systemic diseases: Systemic diseases mainly include diabetes, anemia, leukemia, polycythemia, skin diseases, hepatobiliary diseases (such as jaundice), kidney diseases, lymphoma, etc. In addition to general itching, vulvar itching is often accompanied.

5. Viral infection: such as genital warts, which cause vulvar itching and foul-smelling leucorrhea. Molluscum contagiosum can also cause vulvar itching, and round papules with a central umbilical depression can be seen on the vulva.

Vaginitis, cervicitis, cervical erosion and other gynecological diseases will cause complications of vaginal itching under normal circumstances. The main reason is bacterial infection, so the possibility of inflammation is relatively high.
