Because it is not a natural delivery, the only way to help expel the placenta and other remnants is by pressing. If lochia is not discharged cleanly, it will have a great impact on the recovery of the uterus, and vaginal bleeding will continue, causing other symptoms. At the same time, uterine contractions can also cause pain in the wound. During the recovery period, slightly strenuous exercise or a cold or cough may affect the wound and cause unexpected injury.

In fact, no matter what kind of delivery it is, there will be a certain degree of pain, especially for women who have a caesarean section. They do not feel pain at the time, but there will be pain for a while after anesthesia, and the wound needs some time to recover. So you need to recover well. It doesn’t mean that caesarean section is not painful at all.
