What is the cause of leucorrhea with blood and low back pain?

Women who have blood in their leucorrhea definitely need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Many people know that leucorrhea has no color. If there is blood, some girls are still worried and afraid. Sometimes bleeding occurs before the menstrual period, and there must be certain reasons. So what kind of disease can cause leucorrhea and even be accompanied by back pain?

There are two types of bloody vaginal discharge: physiological and pathological. Generally speaking, some women will experience ovulation bleeding during their ovulation period, also known as mid-menstrual bleeding, which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods and generally does not require treatment.

If there is bloody leucorrhea, you should also consider the following possible diseases: cervical polyps, acute vaginitis, severe cervical erosion, senile vaginitis, cervical cancer, submucous uterine fibroids, endometrial cancer. In addition, sometimes due to the placement of an intrauterine contraceptive ring, there are some blood in the leucorrhea.

(8) The possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease requires prompt hospital examination and medication treatment. The main clinical symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease are pain in the lumbar region or lower abdomen, which may be aggravated by standing for long periods of time, overwork, sexual intercourse, or premenstrual period, and in severe cases, it may affect work. Or there may be increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual bleeding, dysmenorrhea, sexual discomfort; blocked fallopian tubes, infertility, etc.

You can go to the hospital for a check-up to see if it is normal ovulation bleeding or bleeding caused by a disease. Gynecological examination, colposcopy and other examinations can be performed according to the specific situation, and active treatment should be given if there is any disease.

Bloody vaginal discharge may be caused by some of the diseases listed above, so don’t take such symptoms too lightly. Some people may have back pain, and some women may have back pain due to wearing an IUD. If you rule out the above diseases and there are no problems with the examination, don’t worry too much if there is a small amount of bleeding.
