Breasts are important organs for women to nurture their offspring and are also a symbol of a woman's sexual maturity. Therefore, how to care for breasts is a topic of concern to most women, such as how to enlarge breasts, prevent various breast diseases and various related examinations. Today, we will introduce a new breast examination method, breast magnetic resonance imaging. Magnetic resonance imaging has only been used for breast examinations for a little over a decade. Due to the use of special technology and specially made high-resolution surface coils, the quality of magnetic resonance imaging has been greatly improved. It can show smaller lesions and the fine structure of the breast, which is of certain value in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Therefore, in recent years, reports on the use of magnetic resonance imaging to examine breast diseases have been gradually increasing. Magnetic resonance imaging is mainly used to diagnose breast diseases based on the morphological changes, signal characteristics and dynamic changes of lesions after enhancement. MRI examinations can be performed for breast cysts, intrabreast bleeding or hematoma, breast diseases during pregnancy and lactation, and to observe the condition of breast prostheses. The key points for distinguishing benign and malignant lesions in breast MRI images are: the edges of benign lesions are smooth and clear, and the signal intensity is generally similar to that of the surrounding ducts, while the signal intensity of breast hyperplasia is slightly lower than that of the adjacent ducts; the signal of malignant lesions is lower than that of the adjacent ducts, the edges of the lesions are unclear and irregular, they can infiltrate into the surrounding areas, and are often adhered to the skin. Magnetic resonance imaging has obvious advantages in some aspects. For example, it can effectively distinguish between benign and malignant breast diseases, has no radiation damage, and can perform three-dimensional imaging. Magnetic resonance imaging can also show patients whose conditions cannot be examined by molybdenum target X-rays, such as lesions at the root of the breast, lesions in the axilla, and especially when the lesions are close to the chest wall deep in the breast. However, due to its relatively complicated operation process and high cost, it cannot be used as a routine breast examination at present. Do you know anything about breast MRI? Breast MRI is an effective breast examination method that has only been used for a decade and still has a lot of potential to be developed. However, due to its high cost, it is not included in routine breast examinations. Generally, women go to the hospital regularly for routine check-ups to prevent the occurrence and aggravation of diseases. As a woman, you must love yourself well! |
