(2) Treatment of recovery fluid: Since the donor mother uses non-surgical egg flushing to produce a large amount of recovery fluid, it is inconvenient to pick up the eggs. Therefore, it is necessary to use corresponding methods according to different egg collection devices. Standing method: Suitable for collecting recovery liquid in a large container. It needs to be stood at room temperature for 30 minutes, and then a polyethylene hose is inserted into the middle and lower layers of the recovery liquid. The upper recovery liquid is siphoned to another container, leaving about 100 ml of the bottom layer. Gently shake it a few times to make the eggs floating on the surface sink, and then pour them into a glass dish for microscopic examination.

Funnel method: Use a funnel to collect the recovery liquid. The recovery liquid remaining in the funnel can be poured into a glass dish, and then an appropriate amount of PBS can be added to rinse the funnel and then recovered for microscopic examination.

Net-type egg collection cup: Use a 20G needle syringe to suck up 20ml PBS to rinse the nylon net inside the egg collection cup, let it stand for a while, and suck away the upper foam.
