Women should take care of their bodies. The body is not a joke. Women should love themselves more. So the editor here will introduce some conditions of the left uterine adnexal cyst! Let's learn more about it! 1. Cyst is a benign disease that can grow on the surface of the human body or in the internal organs. A cyst is a benign, sac-like mass that grows in an organ in the body and its contents are liquid. Generally speaking, common cysts include "renal cysts", "liver cysts", "simple ovarian cysts" and "chocolate cysts". Renal cysts are further divided into simple solitary renal cysts and polycystic kidneys. Chocolate cyst is also called "ovarian endometriosis", that is, the endometrium "runs" into the ovarian tissue and has periodic bleeding synchronously with the uterus. These old bloods turn into chocolate color over time, so it is called chocolate cyst. 2. Causes A congenital hereditary 1. Hair root ganglion cyst: In the past, sebaceous gland cyst was inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. 2. Multiple steatocystoma: It is an autosomal dominant inheritance. 3. Dermoid cyst: It is congenital and present at birth. 4. Bronchogenic and thyrohyoid duct cysts are caused by congenital developmental abnormalities. 5. Midline penile cysts are caused by congenital developmental abnormalities. 3. Differential Diagnosis 1. Local fluid-like cyst It mostly occurs in women aged 40-50 years. The lesions are usually located on the dorsal surface of the distal finger joints and are mostly solitary. The size is about 3-15mm, translucent, smooth, soft, and skin-colored. The cyst cavity is filled with fluid, in which there are scattered stellate fibroblasts. 2. Milia It is more common in women of any age. The primary cause is unknown; the secondary cause often occurs in epidermolysis macrostomia, congenital ectodermal defect, and tarda cutanea after dermabrasion. Primary skin lesions often occur on the eyelids and cheekbones; secondary lesions often occur on the auricle, back of hands, and forearms. It is the size of a millet grain and is hard in texture. When it is broken, white sebum-like substance can be seen. 3. Pilar ganglion cyst It was called sebaceous cyst in the past. It is more common in middle-aged women and tends to occur on the head. It is difficult to distinguish from epidermal cyst, which is common on the face and neck. The cyst wall of this disease is composed of squamous epithelium, which is similar to the cells in the isthmus of hair follicles. The contents of the cavity are eosinophilic material. After learning so much about the left uterine adnexal cyst, we say that both men and women must understand that women should take care of themselves and men should take care of their loved ones. We must all care for each other. Some cystic diseases are not easy to treat. The most important thing is the mentality. I hope that patients can recover their health soon! |
