Why do I have my period again after my period?

Everyone knows that when women reach a certain age, they will undergo great changes physically and mentally. The most significant change is that when women reach puberty, most women start menstruating during this period. This is a very normal growth process of the human body, and the menstrual period occurs once a month. However, many female friends have many menstrual problems, such as irregular menstruation and menstruation coming again after menstruation. What are the causes of these problems and why do they occur? Let’s take a look at why menstruation comes again after menstruation.

It is normal for women to have vaginal bleeding during their menstrual cycle, but it is not normal for women to have vaginal bleeding on days when they should not have their period. But don't be careless and think that you will have two periods in one month. How should we treat vaginal bleeding that occurs outside of the menstrual period? Non-menstrual vaginal bleeding may be a warning of disease. Women should learn to observe the timing, duration, amount, color of bleeding, and whether there are other accompanying symptoms. Common non-menstrual vaginal bleeding includes the following:

1. Ovulation bleeding

Western medicine calls it ovulation bleeding, while traditional Chinese medicine calls it "intermenstrual bleeding." Some people only have a small amount of brown discharge, which usually lasts for half a day or 2-3 days, and no more than 7 days at most, and may be accompanied by mild ovulation pain and back pain. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is required, but if the symptoms are obvious and may affect fertility, treatment should be given.

2. Functional uterine bleeding

It usually manifests itself in irregular menstrual cycles, heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual periods or irregular bleeding. The principle of treatment is to stop bleeding quickly, adjust and establish a normal menstrual cycle after stopping bleeding, and prevent recurrence. Due to long-term bleeding, some people also have varying degrees of anemia, so correcting anemia is also very important.

3. Uterine fibroids and endometriosis

If menstruation is delayed for 7-10 days before bleeding occurs, do not assume that it is definitely late. You should pay attention to whether the amount, color, and duration of bleeding are the same as normal menstruation. If the menstrual blood is sometimes more, sometimes less, and is continuous, and is accompanied by abdominal pain, you should be careful about the possibility of ectopic pregnancy or threatened abortion. If the bleeding is more than usual, lasts longer, and dysmenorrhea is obvious, it is more common in uterine fibroids or endometriosis. It is necessary to seek medical treatment promptly.

After reading the above information, I believe many female friends should have an understanding of the problem of having menstruation again after this period. As a woman, the most important thing is to take special care of your body. You cannot eat raw or cold food or spicy food during menstruation. You must protect your uterus so that you can have the possibility of becoming a mother.
