Introduction to the infantile uterus

Introduction to the infantile uterus

The uterus is the only organ in our body that can conceive a fetus. It is neither like the fallopian tubes, whose obstruction can be replaced by in vitro fertilization; nor like the ovaries, whose functional failure can be replaced by ovarian transplantation or gift babies. If you suffer from an infantile uterus (a woman has entered childbearing age, but the development of her uterus is still at the infant stage, so it is also called an infantile uterus, which is as big as a thumb), treatment with estrogen, progesterone, HCG, HMG, and traditional Chinese medicine will have little effect.

There are no reports of successful treatment in the existing obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive medicine literature. The vast majority of hospitals classify this disease as incurable and often issue a certificate suggesting that the patient adopt a child.

Causes

There are many factors involved in uterine dysplasia:

First of all, it is mainly caused by endocrine disorders, especially ovarian dysfunction, which leads to insufficient secretion of estrogen and progesterone.

Secondly, many girls in adolescence cannot correctly view the changes in their body shape. They mistake the normal weight gain during adolescence as obesity and lose weight indiscriminately. Losing weight will inevitably limit the intake of fatty foods, which will affect the level of sex hormones in the body and affect the uterus.

Thirdly, some girls blindly pursue body beauty and tie their waists too tightly, which obstructs blood circulation. The uterus develops slowly or even stops developing due to insufficient blood supply, eventually forming a childish uterus.

In addition, malnutrition during adolescence (such as adolescent anorexia) or certain chronic diseases may also affect the secretion of sex hormones, thereby affecting the development of sexual organs including the uterus.

4 Diagnostic methods

1.2.1 Diagnostic methods:

Self-reported primary amenorrhea includes I° amenorrhea, II° amenorrhea or uterine amenorrhea. If the GR is measured between 0.5ml and 2.5ml using a gynecological diagnostic and therapeutic instrument, it is diagnosed as an immature uterus (attached with a diagnosis and differential diagnosis table).

Treatment

edit

1.2.2 Treatment methods:

1.2.2.1 Instrumental treatment, mechanically expanding the GR, the principle and treatment method are as follows: a stepper motor controls a plunger pump filled with 30 ml of saline and 80,000 units of gentamicin mixture, the outlet of the pump is connected to a three-way pipe: that is, two outlets. Tube A is connected to the sensor; Tube B is connected to a one-meter-long plastic catheter, the far end of the plastic catheter is connected to a 30-centimeter-long rubber tube, a latex capsule is fixed to the far end of the rubber tube, and the latex capsule is inserted into the uterine cavity to control the injection of the drug so that it neither flows into the fallopian tube nor flows back out of the uterine mouth. After proper insertion according to sterile operation, press the start button and the instrument will start working automatically. On the one hand, the liquid medicine is pumped into the uterine cavity; on the other hand, the sensor, flow meter, display system and expert system work together, and every time 0.1 ml of liquid medicine is pumped in, it is displayed on the display screen accordingly. As the amount of liquid medicine pumped into the uterine cavity increases, the pressure in the uterine cavity will inevitably rise synchronously. When it reaches 24kpa, the sensor transmits this signal to the computer, and the computer immediately sends out sound and light signals, and the motor stops. At this time, the number on the display screen is the GR value of the subject, and the printer immediately prints it as GRAxxml. At this time, the computer will identify it. If the GRA is normal, the instrument will make a sound: Your GR is normal. Please check other causes of infertility. At the same time, command A is issued, the motor reverses, and all the liquid medicine is withdrawn. This serves the purpose of differential diagnosis. But in the case of immature uterus, the GRA must be <2.5ml, and the instrument will make a sound: your GR is smaller than normal, and you will now be given volume expansion treatment. At the same time, command B is issued: start the treatment system and emit a pulsed treatment wave. This wave goes along the catheter and milk capsule and acts on the uterine wall to massage and expand the GR treatment. After repeated massage and dilation for about 8 minutes, the treatment is completed and the GR.Bx.xml after treatment is printed. After printing, the motor of the instrument is reversed to draw back the liquid injected into the milk capsule. The doctor removes the catheter, cleans the vagina, and removes the speculum. Each treatment can expand GR by about one tenth. Treatment is given once every five to eight days, and one course of treatment is three times a month. After each treatment, antibiotics are taken for 3 days to prevent infection, and sexual intercourse and bathing are prohibited within one week.

Once we have an immature uterus, I believe it will have a great impact on us. Therefore, I would like to ask our female friends to pay attention to the development of their own uterus in normal times. If you find any problems, you must seek medical attention in time. Believe that early treatment will bring early peace of mind.
