If a drop of mascara falls on your face, you can wait for the mascara to dry and then pick it up with a cotton swab, or you can gently rub the area directly and then apply some foundation with the cotton swab. Never use your fingers or a powder puff as this will only make the makeup look smudged and increase the area that needs touch-ups.
