Day 3: Have a cup of oatmeal porridge with skim milk for breakfast. Lunch: spinach salad, a boiled egg and a slice of bacon. Dinner: one serving of pasta, a pear, salad, and one ounce of saltine crackers.

Day 4: Breakfast: 6 ounces of grapefruit juice, a hard-boiled egg, and half an English muffin with cream. Lunch: 4 ounces of roast beef with 1 portion of coleslaw. For dinner, have one serving of boiled chicken breast, one cup of yogurt, two cups of spinach juice, and one cup of fruit salad.

Day 5: Breakfast: one cup of cantaloupe, one slice of cheese, and four slices of rye biscuits. Shrimp salad for lunch. Dinner: 4 ounces of grilled beef kebab with grilled onions, green peppers and mushrooms, 1 cup of rice, 2 apricots, and 1 cup of low-fat yogurt.

Day 6: Breakfast: 6 ounces of orange juice, one slice of bacon, and half a toasted bagel with butter. Lunch: Clam pasta and salad. Dinner: six ounces of grilled fish, six spears of tender asparagus, a pear, a portion of salad, and a slice of cheese. It will be better. As long as you stick to diet and exercise, losing ten pounds a week is definitely not a problem. You can easily eat your way to the good figure you want.
