The correct way for women to wear underwear

Many women just put on their underwear randomly. Many of my friends will fasten their bra clasps from the front first and then turn them over with their hands for the convenience of putting on. In fact, these methods are incorrect. Some people may ask, bras are all the same when worn, why are there right and wrong statements! If you have this idea, you are totally wrong. Correct underwear will have a great impact on the development of women's breasts, adjustment of breast shape, and body shaping. As long as you master the correct skills of wearing underwear, your figure will get better and better, and the underwear will play the greatest role.

Methods/Steps

1 The first thing is to learn how to wear a bra correctly. Stand upright, put your arms through the bra straps and put them on your hands.

2 Then lean forward 30 degrees, pull the bottom edge of the bra down with both hands, and then push up to make the breasts completely covered in the cup.

3 After it is slightly fixed, reach your hands along both sides to the back and button it.

4 Then lift your body up and stand straight. Hold the left side of the bra steel ring with your left hand and lift it up. Put your right hand into the cup to gather the chest muscles and fat around and above the armpit into the cup. Do the same action on the other side with the opposite hand.

5. Adjust the shoulder straps to a level that allows you to put a finger in. Don’t make it too loose or too tight.

6 After adjusting the shoulder straps, you can fine-tune the breast fat under the armpits appropriately. When adjusting, the body can be leaned forward appropriately. The technique is also to gather from both sides to the middle.

7 Check whether the underwire of the bra is at the base below the breast. If not, you must adjust it, otherwise it will not provide support and shaping. Stretch your arms and see if the bra will slide. If there is no problem, then everything is OK.

When buying underwear, women should not only look at the brand of the underwear, but also pay attention to how to wear the underwear. When a woman has chosen a suitable bra, she must wear it in the correct way so that it can better protect her body. An industry insider said: "The bra market is now very segmented, with different styles designed for women of different ages and body shapes. But fixed-shape bras, especially those with underwires, are not suitable for girls in their developmental stages. They only need to wear a vest."
