Girls' welfare: boiled motherwort and drink water

When girls reach puberty, they transform into women and start to have their periods. Some girls may not have dysmenorrhea, but some girls do. The pain is unbearable. My former classmate had dysmenorrhea. I saw her crying in pain. She is also a girl, but I don’t have dysmenorrhea. Maybe I am lucky. But looking at her expression and tears, I know it must be very painful. So I checked and found out that motherwort water injection can help dysmenorrhea. The following introduces motherwort boiled water and motherwort diet therapy for dysmenorrhea and some other effects:

Motherwort, also known as Cnidium monnieri and Kuncao, is a herb. It is slightly cold in nature, bitter and pungent in taste, can remove blood stasis and promote new blood circulation, promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation, and promote diuresis and reduce swelling. It is an important medicine used by doctors of all dynasties to treat gynecological diseases. Modern medical research has shown that motherwort contains a variety of biological alkaloids such as leonuri, stachydrine, leonuri, leonuri, as well as benzoic acid, potassium chloride, etc. According to modern clinical and animal experiments, motherwort extract and decoction have a strong and lasting stimulating effect on the uterus, not only enhancing its contraction force, but also increasing its tension and contraction rate. To treat dysmenorrhea, add 30-60 grams of Motherwort, 20 grams of Yanmingsuo, and 2 eggs into water and cook together. After the eggs are cooked, peel them and cook for a while. Remove the residue and eat the eggs and drink the soup. Before menstruation, take once a day for 5 to 7 times. To treat amenorrhea, decoct 90 grams of motherwort, 30 grams of orange and 50 grams of brown sugar in water. Take once a day for several times. To treat functional uterine bleeding, take 50 grams of Leonurus japonicus, 15 grams of Cyperus rotundus, and 2 eggs, add appropriate amount of water and cook together. After they are cooked, remove the eggshells and continue cooking for a while. Remove the residue, eat the eggs and drink the soup. Take once a day for 4 to 5 days. To treat postpartum abdominal pain, take 50 grams of motherwort, 30 grams of ginger, 20 grams of jujube, and 15 grams of brown sugar, decocted in water and taken orally. One dose per day.

It is really a benefit for girls with dysmenorrhea. Motherwort has the effects of diuresis and swelling, clearing away heat and detoxification. It has a good effect on irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea, but it cannot be cured immediately. The above introductions can be boiled to try when you have dysmenorrhea, but it is still good to drink boiled motherwort. You must insist on drinking it twice a day during the days of dysmenorrhea to have an effect. It is best to start drinking it three or four days before the menstrual period because: Motherwort can remove blood stasis, promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation, and promote diuresis and swelling. So girls with dysmenorrhea know that you don’t have to lie in bed alone in pain and don’t want to move. It will help you get rid of the trouble of dysmenorrhea~
