How to relieve back pain during menstruation

Back pain during menstruation is a symptom that most female friends will experience. After the temperature of the towel drops, wet it again, wring it out, and apply heat again. Repeat this hot compress for 10 minutes every day. It can activate the yang energy in the human body, promote the circulation of qi and blood throughout the body, and effectively improve MC discomfort symptoms such as irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea.

2. Press the Hegu point

Method: Whenever you have time every day, use the thumb of one hand to press the Hegu point of the other hand. Press with a little force each time, hold for 5 seconds, release, and repeat. Repeat this process for 3 minutes. If you insist on pressing the Hegu point every day, you can effectively relieve the symptoms of migraine and back pain during MC.

3. Moxibustion at Sanyinjiao

Method: Moxibustion Sanyinjiao for 30 minutes once a day can activate the three yin meridians of the foot, namely the Taiyin spleen meridian, Shaoyin kidney meridian and Queyin liver meridian, and improve the symptoms of menstrual cycle disorders and irregular menstruation.

4. Press Taichong acupoint

Method: Whenever you have time every day, use the thumb of one hand to press the Taichong point on one foot. Press with a little force each time, then hold for 5 seconds, release, and repeat. Repeat this for 3 minutes.

5. Hot compress Mingmen acupoint

Method: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to hot water, then wet a towel, wring it out slightly, and use the hot towel to apply hot compress to the Mingmen acupoint.

When female friends experience symptoms of back pain during menstruation, they may try the above methods, which may be more effective in helping female friends relieve the symptoms of pain.
