How many chances does a woman have to get pregnant in her lifetime? Let’s do the math together

How many eggs does a woman release in her lifetime?

According to scientific research, observation and statistics, a woman releases 400-500 mature eggs in her lifetime. Normal women usually release one egg in one menstrual cycle, but some women may release two eggs in one menstrual cycle. Normal girls start menstruating at the age of twelve or thirteen and reach menopause when they are nearly fifty years old. I have my period once a month, and I usually release one egg each time, but occasionally two. So that’s about 12 per year, and more than 400 in a lifetime.

How many chances does a woman have to conceive in her lifetime?

Since a woman has more than 400 eggs in her lifetime, that means she has more than 400 chances of getting pregnant in her lifetime. However, due to women's childbearing age and other factors, are there really so many chances of conception? In fact, a woman's chance of conception is far less than 400 times.

For a normal woman, the best childbearing age is generally between 23 and 29 years old. If she releases 12 eggs a year, then she will only release 84 eggs in the seven years between the ages of 23 and 29. For example, if a woman gets married and wants to have a child right away at the age of 23, her best chance of conceiving is only 84 times. In daily life, we cannot be prepared at all times, so nearly half of the eggs will be lost in time during these 7 years, and accordingly, the best chance of conception will be greatly reduced. The reality is that the actual marriage age of many women is around 25-26 years old. Therefore, every woman who plans to have a child must cherish every opportunity to conceive so as not to miss the golden age of conception.

In addition, after women reach the age of 29, due to the decline of their body's physiological functions, the chance of miscarriage will be higher than that of women aged 23 to 29. So we recommend that women have children before the age of 30.

If you are a woman between the ages of 20 and 35, you might want to calculate how many times you have left to have the best chance of conceiving a baby. First, subtract your age from 35, then multiply by 12 to get a basic score (if you are 25 years old this year, (35-25)*12=120, 120 is your basic score). Let's start the calculation with this score.

How many chances do you have left to get pregnant?

1. Have you ever had an artificial abortion? 5 points will be deducted if you have had an abortion before, and 10 points will be deducted if you have had more than three abortions.

2. Have you ever had an induced abortion for more than 4 months in the middle or late stage? 12 points will be deducted for each induced abortion;

3. Have you ever had an ectopic pregnancy surgery? 30 points will be deducted for each ectopic pregnancy surgery;

4. Do you have more than 2 sexual partners? If you answer "yes", 5 points will be deducted;

5. Do you work overtime more than twice a week? 2 points will be deducted for each time you work overtime late at night;

6. Do you work and live near radiation sources or pollution sources (surrounded by a lot of computers, often using mobile phones, close to radioactive materials, etc.) every day? If you answer "yes", 3 points will be deducted;

7. Do you have a history of dieting or using a lot of cosmetics? If you answer "yes", 3 points will be deducted.

8. Do you drink more than 2 cups of coffee every day? If you answer "yes", 2 points will be deducted;

9. Do you smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day? If you answer "yes", 2 points will be deducted;

10. Do you go to bars, discos, or KTVs more than twice a week on average? If you answer “yes”, 3 points will be deducted;

How many points do you have left now? How is it? Shocking, right? You should cherish the remaining opportunities!
