How to stir-fry white radish

1. Block

Use white radish and green onion to cut the radish into pieces. This is the same way my mother has been cutting radishes for decades.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the chopped radish, stir fry for a few times, add some water, and cook on low heat for a while.

Poke it with a spatula, add salt and a little chicken stock according to your preference of doneness, stir well, sprinkle with chopped green onions, simmer for a while, and serve!

Second, strip

Peel the radish and cut into 2-3mm strips. Cut the green onion and ginger into strips. Soak the vermicelli until soft and set aside.

Pour salad oil into the wok, and when it is about 60% to 70% hot, add pepper, star anise, onion, and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and fry until transparent and soft

Pour in dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Add the softened vermicelli, add a little water, stir-fry for about two or three minutes until the vermicelli is chewy and the soup is almost absorbed.
