Pregnancy signs that must appear in one month

In TV dramas, there are often scenes where women only find out they are pregnant for one or two months, and end up having miscarriages. In addition, in reality, women are often overly anxious about their pregnancy status, which is bad for their own and their children's health. So what are the symptoms of one month of pregnancy? Let's take a look at the symptoms of one month of pregnancy.

What are the symptoms of one month pregnancy

1. Menopause. Amenorrhea is the first and most important "signal" of unexpected pregnancy symptoms in the first month. For women with normal menstrual cycles, if their menstrual period is delayed for more than 10 days, they should consider the possibility of pregnancy. If the menstrual period lasts for more than 2 weeks, you need to go to the hospital for a physical examination.

2. Changes in appetite and early pregnancy reactions. Most women begin to experience changes in appetite 1 to 2 weeks after their period ends. I don’t like to finish the food I used to like. Some women even don't want to eat or want to vomit, while others like to eat strange-tasting foods. Some women may experience dizziness, fatigue, constant sleepiness, increased saliva secretion, poor appetite, nausea and retching when they are one month pregnant. This is called early pregnancy reaction.

3. Frequent and urgent urination. Frequent and urgent urination is one of the common symptoms women experience during one month of pregnancy. Some women can urinate once an hour. This is a weather phenomenon and does not require treatment.

4. Transformation of breasts. During the first month of pregnancy, a woman's breasts will expand and become firmer and thicker. The breasts will feel round and tingling. The dark brown small particles around the nipples look very prominent.

5. Changes in body temperature during ovulation. A woman's normal ovulation body temperature presents a double curve, that is, it is lower before ovulation and rises after ovulation. If the menstrual period is over and the body temperature does not drop after rising and remains at this level for more than 18 days, it indicates that you are pregnant. This is the typical body temperature change during one month of pregnancy.

6. Physical fatigue. Generally speaking, many women will feel tired, listless and sleepy one month into their pregnancy. But this stage will not last too long and will pass quickly.
