Vulvar itching examination without inflammation

There are many reasons for vulvar itching, such as the stimulation of physical and chemical factors in daily life, systemic diseases, private part diseases and infections, etc. may become the pathogenic factors, but there is also vulvar itching that cannot be found due to reasons. For example, infection factors, trichomonas infection or fungal infection are the most common causes of vulvar itching. Is the private part diseased? Let's take a look at what is going on when the vulvar itching is not inflamed during examination?

Why is itchy vulva not inflamed during examination?

(1) Infectious factors: Trichomonas infection or fungal disease is the most common cause of vulvar itching. Private part diseases: Private skin diseases such as private eczema, neurodermatitis, chronic private malnutrition, private tumors, etc. can all become causes of vulvar itching. (2) Bad living habits: Not paying attention to cleaning the private parts, causing female secretions or menstruation to accumulate in the private parts, which will cause itching. On the contrary, washing the vulva several times a day, or frequently using strong alkaline soap, or washing the private parts with small bubbles of potassium permanganate solution, will make the private skin excessively dry and cause itching.

(3) Clothing discomfort: Wearing synthetic underwear or using menstrual belts made of rubber or plastic will cause poor ventilation of the private skin, causing sweat and dirt to soak in and cause itching.

(4) Systemic diseases: Vulvar itching caused by vitamin D and B deficiency, jaundice, anemia, sepsis and other diseases is part of systemic itching.

(5) Psychological factors: Some patients are unable to find out the cause of vulvar itching, which may be caused by mental stress and anxiety.

(6) A very small number of patients experience itching due to private hematoma before menstruation or during pregnancy, but no abnormalities are found during clinical examination.
