Grade 4 breast lumps are generally abnormal, and the average possibility of malignancy is about 30%. They should be given a puncture biopsy, such as a puncture biopsy under B-ultrasound positioning. They are also divided into 4a, 4b and 4c according to the conditions of imaging diagnosis. For patients with 4a, if the puncture biopsy is good, they can be followed up on a regular basis or after half a year. For patients with 4b, there is a possibility of malignancy, and if necessary, they need to be given immediate surgical removal biopsy. Patients with 4c still need immediate surgical removal because of the high possibility of malignancy. If a breast lump is diagnosed as Bi-Rads 4, it indicates that the breast lump has the possibility of malignant transformation. Among them, RADs4 level is divided into 3 parts. 4A is the degree of malignancy between 3% and 30%, 4B is the possibility of malignancy between 31% and 64%, and 4C is the possibility of malignancy between 61% and 94%. Therefore, once the breast lump is classified as grade 4, it is recommended to perform surgical treatment, and then further confirm whether the breast lump is benign or malignant based on postoperative pathology. It is only possible through surgical treatment. Breast B-ultrasound and breast molybdenum-palladium films use a 7-level classification method to assist in distinguishing the characteristics of lumps. Level 0 means that the clinical medical investigation and evidence collection is not thorough. Level 1 is considered negative, level 2 is good, level 3 is possibly good, level 4 is abnormally malignant, level 5 is highly suspected of malignancy, and level 6 has imaging diagnostic examinations with pathological confirmation of malignancy. Grade 4 is further divided into grades 4a, 4b, and 4c. The malignant transformation level of grade 4a is only 10-30%, while grades 4b and 4c are considered to have a high degree of malignancy. The details need to be confirmed by pathological puncture biopsy. Breast mass grade 4 is a result obtained after breast imaging diagnostic examination. Breast grade 4 means that the breast lump found at this stage tends to become malignant and requires further puncture biopsy of the lump. Among them, 4a has a 3% to 30% chance of being a malignant tumor; 4b has a 31% to 60% chance of being a malignant tumor; and 4c is further suspected to be malignant, with a chance of 61% to 94%. Therefore, if a breast lump is found to be grade 4, a vacuum needle puncture biopsy should be performed first. If the condition is good, then a follow-up visit once every six months is sufficient; if it becomes worse, further surgical treatment is required. |
