During the pregnancy process, mothers are looking forward to it every day. They not only imagine what the baby will look like when he grows up, but they are also very curious about the baby's gender. However, our country has clearly stipulated that it is prohibited to determine the gender of a baby, so many female friends have become more curious about this issue. There are many ways to identify the gender of the fetus around us. The most common one is B-ultrasound to determine the gender. So is it accurate to determine the gender of the fetus by the first B-ultrasound with a single gestational sac? Is it accurate to determine the gender of the gestational sac on the first ultrasound? The shape of the gestational sac is long and round from the perspective of human anatomy; if it is determined by B-ultrasound, there will be deviations. I have done an experiment in which I put a pork meatball bought at the supermarket into a cut open chicken abdomen, preserving the internal organs, and then observed it with B-ultrasound. Due to the different positions of the B-ultrasound camera, the shapes of the pork meatballs were circular, flat, or even curved. Relatively speaking, the appearance of the gestational sac obtained by vaginal B-ultrasound is closer to the real thing. If the maximum diameter of the gestational sac happens to be between 13 and 18 mm through B-ultrasound, the gender can be determined based on its appearance: a male if born young, a female if born halfway. Is there any basis for determining the gender of a baby with a single gestational sac on ultrasound? Of course, not everyone can tell the gender of a baby by the gestational sac. Some people say it is forbidden. It may be caused by not being able to see the data easily, or it may be because they look at it at the wrong time. First of all, the data cannot exceed 8 weeks, 40 days is the best, and then there must be 3 data. Without 3 data, it cannot be judged. The gestational sac is cylindrical. When each B-ultrasound technician performs B-ultrasound, the direction of the cross-section will be different. Some take cross-sections, while others take vertical cross-sections. Therefore, it is impossible to tell whether it is a man or a woman by looking at whether the picture is long or round. This type of identification may not have an immediate basis, so it is recommended that everyone pay more attention to this issue. In addition, it is actually the same whether you have a boy or a girl. You can wait until the newborn is born to prepare small baby clothes. In fact, for many pregnant mothers, there are indeed many issues that we need to pay attention to during childbirth. Therefore, throughout the entire pregnancy process, pregnant mothers are advised to maintain a positive attitude. |
