If it is a malignant breast mass, most of them are metastasis, which is more common in middle-aged and elderly women. The texture of the mass is relatively hard, the boundary is very unclear, and the mobility is also very poor.

If the breast lumps are caused by breast hyperplasia, they are multiple and may be on one side or both sides. The size and texture of the lumps will change with the woman's cycle. Before the menstrual period, the lumps will expand and the texture will be relatively hard. After the menarche, the lumps will naturally become smaller and the texture will become looser. During inspection, lumps of irregular size will be found, and the boundary with the surrounding tissues is not very clear. The condition of low echo in the breast and clear boundary of the nodule is good. Generally, there will be tumor rotation or multiple tumors, which are very common in women of appropriate age. If it is malignant, most of the tumors are hard and the boundary is not very clear.
