Daughter-in-law's milk

Daughter-in-law's milk

After the baby is born, the mother needs to breastfeed immediately, hoping that the milk will be inexhaustible for the baby. But in reality, many mothers easily suffer from insufficient milk supply. Insufficient milk will make a mother very sad, so what should she do if she does not have enough milk? How to increase breast milk?

1. Let your baby suck more. Many mothers have insufficient milk after giving birth, so they need to let the baby absorb more moisture. The baby sucking the mother's nipple can stimulate the mother to secrete milk, which can make the breast milk more and more.

2. No need to take medicine. Taking medications during breastfeeding may affect the metabolism of milk. If a woman develops symptoms during breastfeeding, she should seek medical attention immediately and take medications as instructed by the doctor. She should not take medications at will, as this may affect the mother's milk.

3. Supplement nutrients. During breastfeeding, the mother's milk comes from the nutrients in the human body. If the mother's body does not have enough nutrients, then the nutrients such as milk will naturally be very little. Milk secretion will also be greatly affected, resulting in insufficient milk secretion. Therefore, it is best for women who are breastfeeding to take more nutritional supplements to make their milk more abundant.

4. Maintain a stable mindset. If a mother is depressed, her milk secretion will be immediately affected. If the mother's mood is always depressed, the secretion of milk will be very small, so the mother during breastfeeding should promptly ensure a happy mood to secrete more milk.

5.Diet therapy. If the mother does not secrete enough milk, she can eat more milk-promoting foods, such as pig's trotter soup, crucian carp and tofu soup, papaya, etc.
