In today's society, women's physical diseases are becoming more and more serious, and there are more and more types. Women have always been thinking about how to take good care of their families and children, but rarely make a plan for a health check-up for themselves. Sometimes, for the sake of the baby, the family does not take any physical discomfort seriously, but going to the hospital is a huge expense. Today, the editor will briefly explain to you HPV, a serious gynecological disease in women. So, how many ways are there to test for HPV in women? There are several ways to check HPV in women First of all, I want to explain to you what HPV is? HPV is the generic name for human papillomavirus infection. It is a genus of papillomavirus A belonging to the family Papovaviridae. It is a spherical DNA virus that can cause proliferation in the squamous epithelium of the skin and mucous membranes of the human body. The first one is in situ hybridization (ISH). This method can detect HPV DNA in body cells and can accurately locate the site of cells infected with the virus. It has good specificity. However, because it is too precise, each type of HPV requires special probes and experimental reagents. Therefore, it cannot be used on a large scale in clinical medicine because it is too expensive. The second one is the polymerase chain reaction test (PCR). You may not be familiar with it in Chinese, but if you have checked for HPV virus infection, you will probably see the three letters of PCR on the test form. It is the most common and widespread test in China. Its function is to determine the type of virus infection by testing the HPV DNA, which is the most widely used HPV typing test. However, the shortcoming of this type of testing method is that it cannot detect the amount of virus infection and can only provide clinical diagnosis. The third type, the second-generation hybrid capture test (HC-2), is also very familiar to you. It is also very popular in some areas. HC-2 is the first one to come out. However, the shortcoming of this type of measurement method is that it can only test the total amount of virus carried by the high-risk group and the low-risk group. In other words, there is only one value, which cannot tell the clinical diagnosis of virus infection and the actual load of each model. Will women get cancer if they are infected with HPV? Although many cervical cancer patients in today's society are infected with HPV, it does not mean that those infected with HPV will definitely get cancer. Only persistent infection of high-risk HPV patients will cause cervical cancer. Generally, most people will be automatically eliminated by the body's immune system. Everyone's body is different, and even doctors sometimes cannot give a definite answer that will not change. In many cases, we cannot generalize. Nowadays, the high-tech society is developing, and we have more and more high-tech products, which can easily deal with many diseases. Therefore, we don’t need to be too stressed, have a little hope for ourselves, and the world will give you a miracle sf! |
