3. Mastodynia

6. Breast pain due to breast hyperplasia

Breast hyperplasia pain can radiate to the armpits, shoulders and back. When you touch the breasts, you can feel movable lumps of varying sizes and unclear edges. It can also be affected by menstruation and mood.
