What is the best time for abortion?

We all know that many women become pregnant out of wedlock without any preparation and are forced to choose abortion. Abortion is a common preventive measure against accidental pregnancy. When the embryo is still relatively small, the uterus is not large, and the embryo has not yet been formed, the pregnancy can be terminated by curettage or vacuum aspiration. So, when is the best time for abortion?

Generally speaking, there are three common situations in which there is no vaginal bleeding on the second day after abortion:

1. The artificial abortion was successful, all the embryonic tissue in the uterine cavity was sucked out, the uterus contracted well, the blood vessels were closed, and there was no significant postoperative bleeding.

2. The artificial abortion was unsuccessful, the test tube embryo tissue was not sucked out, and the fetal sac continued to grow. The position of the uterus of some patients is unique, and it is not easy to explore the uterine cavity. The plastic straw was not used in time during the abortion, resulting in missed suction.

3. Complications of artificial abortion: adhesions in the uterine cavity and cervix, blocking the safe passage of accumulated blood, and no blood is discharged from the vagina.

Among them, the first situation is normal. The third situation is uterine hemorrhage. Uterine hematocele is often accompanied by symptoms such as lower abdominal distension and pain, low-grade fever, and intrauterine infection. The doctor can feel the enlarged uterus through gynecological examination, and the patient has a sense of pressure and pain; B-ultrasound examination can show uterine fluid accumulation. Hematoma in the uterus can easily cause serious harm such as intrauterine infection and pus accumulation. If you are really worried, you can go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound examination about 10 days after the abortion to fully understand the postoperative condition of the intrauterine cavity.

Is abortion dangerous?

1. Irregular menstruation and infertility

Generally, women's menstrual flow is similar every month. If the amount varies too much, it is likely due to endocrine imbalance, causing the level of estrogen metabolism in the uterus and ovaries to be too high or too low. Irregular menstruation and amenorrhea are also usually related to endocrine imbalance. Some women have been married for many years and have a normal sexual life, but they have never gotten pregnant.

2. Gynecological diseases

Women in menopause often become more irritable, have drastic changes in their mood, sweat, and have their temper affected. This may be caused by a decrease in women's endocrine function. Gynecological endocrine diseases are very common. Endometriosis, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, and irregular menstruation are all gynecological endocrine diseases.

3. Skin spots

Many women have had this experience: many yellow spots and spots suddenly appeared on their beautiful faces, and no matter how many skin care products they applied, it didn't help. In fact, this is not just a skin problem. These spots are also caused by endocrine instability and poor stimulation from external factors. Women are prone to acne when they have irregular menstruation.

4. Breast disease

The key cause of breast pain and breast hyperplasia is endocrine imbalance. The more important function of the breast is to promote its development through the secretion of estrogen. Therefore, once the endocrine system is out of balance after abortion, it is very easy to cause breast hyperplasia and breast cancer.

5. White hair and aging

Premature gray hair may also be an endocrine problem. In addition, endocrine imbalance, especially reduced estrogen metabolism, is a key cause of physical decline. These are all the effects of endocrine imbalance after abortion, which can directly cause women's decline.
