What is the milky white discharge from a girl?

Milky white secretion is a substance located in the lower body. This kind of thing is mostly produced in the lower body, and especially in women. For example, in the case of secretions, there are many types of secretions, and these types are also divided into normal leucorrhea and abnormal secretions. However, many people do not know the normal level of milky white secretions, or have never understood this kind of thing. So what is the reason for the milky white secretions down there?

Secretion is a transparent, viscous liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. It is a mixture of secretions from the Bartholin's glands, cervical ducts, and uterine walls, as well as leaked fluid from the vaginal mucosa and fallen squamous epithelial cells in the vagina. The secretion contains lactobacillus, lysozyme and antigens, so it has the effect of inhibiting the growth of bacteria. During sexual intercourse, secretions will increase, which has a lubricating effect on the vagina and is conducive to the couple's sexual life. Generally, there is more leucorrhea in the middle and late stages of menstruation, which is thin and transparent; after ovulation, the secretions become thicker, turbid and less in quantity. There is a certain increase in leucorrhea before menstruation and during pregnancy. Non-primate mammals appear during estrus.

Abnormal leucorrhea refers to an increase in the amount of discharge or abnormal characteristics (under normal circumstances, the vagina and private parts often have a small amount of secretions to maintain moisture, which is called discharge; it is composed of vaginal mucosal exudate, cervical gland ducts and uterine wall secretions, and contains vaginal epithelial cells and white blood cells. It is white and viscous or egg white-like, with a high degree of viscosity, no fishy smell, small amount, and has no adverse effects on women's health. It is called physiological discharge. It is related to changes in the body's physiological state. If a woman discharges white mucus like mucus or saliva from her vagina, accompanied by systemic or local symptoms, it is called physiological discharge, which is mostly caused by qi and blood deficiency or damp phlegm, which is equivalent to vaginitis in Western medicine, but routine examination of leucorrhea often cannot find pathogens.

Abnormal leucorrhea is mainly manifested by changes in color, quality and quantity:

Blood pressure, tofu dregs and leucorrhea. Slightly yellow with an odor, it is most commonly seen in candidal vaginitis, followed by chronic cervicitis. It can also be seen in endometritis, pyometra, vaginal foreign bodies, etc.

Blood okara-like leucorrhea. Also known as cheese-like, it is common in candidal vaginitis and is accompanied by vulvar itching.

Supplement bloody leucorrhea. If there is blood in the secretions, you should be alert to cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, etc. Cervical cysts, submucosal uterine fibroids, vaginitis in the elderly, and IUD insertion can also cause it.

Weight-bearing water-soluble secretions. When sampling large amounts of water, endometrial cancer or cervical adenocarcinoma should be considered first. If you see abnormal secretions, you should take a detailed look at the medical history, check whether there are Trichomonas or fungi in the secretions, carefully examine the cervix, uterus and pelvis, and perform cervical acid-fast staining, biopsy or diagnostic curettage when necessary. After the cause of the disease is determined, appropriate treatment should be given.
