How high is the hcg peak?

When a woman becomes pregnant, she should have regular prenatal checkups. Some women often check hcg when they go to the hospital to check whether they are pregnant. After a woman becomes pregnant, hCG will undergo a wave-like change along with the length of pregnancy. Therefore, hCG is the basis for whether a woman is pregnant. So, how much is the highest point of hcg worth?

First of all, during pregnancy, the corpus luteum copper generally increases steadily, the progesterone level naturally metabolized by the corpus luteum is generally about 20-30ng/ml, and the progesterone level metabolized by the embryo is 100-200ng/ml from about 2.5 months to three months later. Within about 30 days of pregnancy, the value of βhCG is about 100mIU/ml, and it doubles every day. About 2000 MIU/ml within 40 days. After 50 days, the doubling rate slows down slightly, reaching a peak of about 100,000-200,000 mIU/ml in 8-10 weeks and then decreases slightly to maintain a level of about 50,000-80,000 MIU/ml.

Secondly, the corpus luteum copper during pregnancy is not normal or standard. According to the corpus luteum copper value, whether it is intrauterine or extrauterine, whether the fetus is born or a normal pregnancy, it is impossible to judge whether the pregnancy is good or bad. The doubling of HCG is not a good sign, indicating a lack of vitamin A. The test tube embryo may be underdeveloped or even stop growing and developing. Insufficient luteal copper metabolism can lead to unstable embryo implantation, bleeding, and even miscarriage.

Ultimately the two are related, HCG and luteal copper are synergistic and indispensable. During the inspection process, everyone can compare the actual KCG data with the normal data to determine whether the test tube embryo is in a normal state. If the hcg value is very small, it is necessary to combine ultrasound and blood HCG results for evaluation.

How long does it take for hcg to reach its highest value during pregnancy

An increase in blood cell HCG is most common in pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy. After a normal person becomes pregnant, the HCG content in the blood increases rapidly, reaching its peak at 60-80 days of pregnancy, with the maximum value of 10000-12000 μg/L, and then gradually decreases to the minimum at 160-180 days of pregnancy, but it is still significantly higher than normal, and then rises slightly and continues until the pregnant woman gives birth; in twin pregnancy, blood cell HCG is more than doubled that of single pregnancy; in ectopic pregnancy, blood cell HCG is lower than the normal pregnancy value at that time.

If the HCG value of the blood cells of early pregnant women is significantly low or continues to show a downward trend, it indicates threatened miscarriage. After the abortion, if the blood cell HCG value is still significantly higher than normal or shows a continuous upward trend, it indicates that the operation is incomplete. For patients who have been cleared of pregnancy, measuring blood cell HCG is helpful for the early detection of abnormal pregnancy symptoms, such as hydatidiform mole, hcg squamous cell carcinoma, etc.

HCG gonadotropin is the most commonly used and familiar growth hormone for pregnancy tests by doctors and nurses. It is composed of α and β dimers of glycoprotein. But the α-subunit is the growth hormone produced by the anterior pituitary gland. The β-subunit is specific to HCG. All HCG is produced by the transformed germ cells of the embryonic hCG. Its main function is to stimulate progesterone, which is beneficial to the continuous metabolism of estrogen and luteal copper to promote the formation of uterine decidua and enable the embryo to grow and develop perfectly. It is now believed that HCG is produced by the fusion of germ cell transition cells and germ cells. Appreciate rapidly during the first 8 weeks of pregnancy to maintain the pregnancy. After about 8 weeks of pregnancy, HCG levels gradually decrease until they are relatively stable at about 20 weeks.
