What does cervical cin1 grade mean?

The cervix, also known as the womb, is one of the key organs in the female urinary system. From the embryo and fetus to old age, the cervix is involved in the prevention and treatment of diseases such as gynecology, obstetrics, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care, and reproductive health throughout a woman's life. It involves women's own physical and mental health, family harmony, economic and social issues, and is also closely related to sex and reproduction. So, what does cervical cin1 grade mean?

When HPV infection occurs and cervical erosion occurs, a cervical biopsy is performed. There are generally three types of results: the first is chronic inflammation; the second is low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; the third is high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. In addition, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia includes CIN1 and CIN2. CIN1 indicates low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and there is no possibility of cancer. However, if there is severe cervical erosion and there is ongoing bleeding, surgical treatment of cervical erosion is recommended, including cervical conization, to help restore the uterus. In addition, if there is a requirement for pregnancy and the erosion is not very serious, it is recommended to carry out vaginal suppository treatment, such as Baofukang suppository. The suppository can be used for three courses, that is, three months. One course of treatment is 7-14 days. After three months, the HPV test should be rechecked to determine whether it has turned negative. During this period, you can also improve your own resistance, such as jumping flies, which can enhance your own immunity.

Cervical composition

The vault at the top of the vagina divides the cervix into two parts: the part of the cervix that enters the vagina is called the inner cervix, and the part above the vault in the vagina is called the upper cervix. The center of the cervix is a long, slightly flattened spindle-shaped lumen that is connected to the uterine body at the top through the internal cervical os and opens into the vagina at the bottom through the external cervical os. The cervical canal is located between the inner and outer openings. The external os of the cervix is perfectly round in non-pregnant women, but is transversely fissured in women who have given birth naturally.

The size of the cervix and the proportion of the uterine body vary with age and endocrine status. The cervical wall is composed of the mucosa, muscularis and adventitia.
