For example, what should I do if there is a lump in the breast?

Under normal circumstances, when examining the breast, you need to press hard. If the lump can be pressed down, it usually means there is an abnormality. If the breast tissue is normal, it cannot be pressed down.

1. There are single or multiple lumps on one or both breasts, which often occur on the outer upper side of the breast and are in the form of lumps, particles or cords, but small lumps are more common. The breast lump has unclear boundaries, medium or slightly hard color, can be moved slightly, has no adhesion to surrounding tissues when moved, may cause dull pain, and the lumps vary in size, some as small as sand, and the largest can exceed 3-4CM. The breast lumps enlarge before menstruation and become smaller and looser after menarche.

2. Breast lumps may be fibroadenoma, lipoma, cyst, hyperplasia, tumor (malignancy), etc. Cystadenoma and hyperplasia are the more common ones. However, it is not possible to completely rule out the possibility of tumor. Further examination is needed to clarify the characteristics of the lump.

1. Do not wear a tight bra, do not irritate the lump, go to the hospital for a breast molybdenum target or B-ultrasound examination, and treat it purposefully after clarifying the characteristics of the lump. Hyperplasia can be treated with medication, while others require surgery.

2. Considering breast fibroids and breast hyperplasia, B-ultrasound and mammography examinations are recommended. After diagnosis, closely observe its size and mobility. If the lump grows again, surgical removal is recommended. Usually eat more vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins, avoid high-fat diets, spicy foods, and grilled and fried foods. Keep a happy mood.
