During menstruation, there is also a feeling of weight loss because the uterine wall bleeds for several days. Some people say that if you eat whatever you want during this period, you won’t gain weight. In fact, this is unreasonable. After menstruation, about a week or so is the golden period for weight loss. During this period, the luteinizing hormone concentration in the body is relatively low, and the body's basal metabolism is also rapid. If the daily diet is controlled at about 600 calories during this period, there will be a more significant weight loss effect.

In fact, it is normal to gain 1-2KG of weight during menstruation. During this period, as long as you maintain a normal diet, moderate exercise, and a positive and healthy mentality, it will be beneficial to the body. Before the menstrual period comes, women do not need to worry too much about the increase in appetite due to the effect of male hormones.
