1. Menu for the first day after giving birth:

(1) Breakfast: Blood pressure Main meal: Brown sugar millet porridge. The amount that pregnant women should consume: 100 grams of millet and 25 grams of brown sugar. Blood side dish: spiced pork liver, 2 boiled eggs.

(2) Mid-meal: toast, hot juice, oranges. Pregnant women should consume: 100 grams of toast, 150 grams of fruit juice, and 100 grams of oranges.

(3) Lunch: Blood pressure Main meal: Shredded chicken noodles. Blood-boosting side dishes: Braised rapeseed with dried shrimp skin, red bean and carp soup.

(3) Lunch: Blood pressure meal: noodles with old hen soup and poached egg. Blood side dishes: fried spinach with dried shrimps, spiced chicken wings.

(4) Middle meal: 2 pieces of rice cake, 1-2 small plates of brown sugar date paste soup, and fresh strawberry seedlings.

(2) Mid-morning meal: bread with jam, a bowl of hot juice, and an orange.

(3) Lunch: Blood pressure meal: 1 small plate of steamed bun or white rice. Blood side dishes: beef stewed with radish, steamed egg custard.

(4) Middle meal: shrimp and egg noodles, banana and apple.

(5) Dinner: Blood pressure main meal: 1 small plate of white rice. Blood side dishes: braised chicken with Scutellaria baicalensis, 2 small plates of old hen soup and spinach soup.

(6) Nighttime meal: soda crackers, milk, and sweet pears.

The diet for the first three days after delivery must ensure that you eat small and frequent meals. You can eat 6 meals a day, and arrange fruits and snacks between the three meals. You can eat more foods that are beneficial to the recovery of pregnant women and the secretion of milk, which is beneficial for breastfeeding that will come soon.
