3. Local massage: Pregnant women must not perform massage in the first two days after spraining their ankle, which is the stage of ice compress, because it will aggravate the rupture of capillaries and increase bleeding, which will make the injury more serious. Massage should be performed while applying hot compress, and the amplitude and strength should not be too large, and should be from shallow to deep.
