Conservative treatment of two ectopic pregnancies

Conservative treatment of two ectopic pregnancies

Some female friends were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy during pregnancy, and this disease has always made many women feel worried. Some pregnant women were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy again after experiencing the first ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, many women have developed psychological problems because of this. So what should they do after the second ectopic pregnancy?

1. When a woman is diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy, she needs to go to the hospital for treatment immediately. There are various treatment methods. Patients do not need to hide. They need to maintain a good living and mental state and cooperate with the doctor's treatment.

2. The method generally chosen for patients with ectopic pregnancy is mainly traditional surgical treatment. The main purpose of this type of surgery is to remove the disease and preserve the woman's bilateral fallopian tubes. However, this method causes great damage to the patient's bilateral fallopian tubes and may also cause ectopic pregnancy.

3. In addition, there is now a new type of surgical treatment based on laparoscopic surgery. This type of surgical treatment can make up for the shortcomings of traditional surgical treatment, alleviate the damage to both fallopian tubes, and also change the condition of fallopian tube stenosis in women. At the same time, it can also create a good fertility condition for the next pregnancy.

4. There are many factors that can cause ectopic pregnancy, such as multiple abortions in women. Nowadays, many women have sex before getting married, so the number of women who have had multiple abortions is also increasing, and multiple abortions are most likely to cause ectopic pregnancy.

Causes of ectopic pregnancy

Tubal pregnancy is one of the common acute abdominal diseases in obstetrics and gynecology. When tubal pregnancy occurs acutely, it can cause severe bleeding in the abdomen. If it is not diagnosed in time and treated actively, it can seriously endanger life.

The most common site of tubal pregnancy is the ampulla, accounting for about 55-60%; the second is the muscle wall, accounting for 20-25%; the third is the fimbria, accounting for 17%; the least common site of pregnancy is the interstitial part, accounting for only 2-4%.

Chronic salpingitis (25%):

Chronic salpingitis can cause adhesion of the mucosal walls of both fallopian tubes, resulting in narrow lumen, mucosal damage, lack of epithelial cell microvilli, adhesion around both fallopian tubes, and distorted tubal shape. The above conditions affect the normal operation and passage of fertilized eggs in both fallopian tubes and are the main cause of tubal pregnancy.

Sperm and egg combine and migrate out (20%):

After the fertilized egg is fertilized in one fallopian tube, it can sneak along the umbrella end to the other fallopian tube. Due to the increase of time, it has the ability to implant the embryo before entering the uterus, and an ectopic pregnancy occurs.

Pelvic tumors (8%):

The pelvic tumor is compressed or pulled, causing the bilateral fallopian tubes to move or deform, blocking the sperm and egg combination. This is also the cause of ectopic pregnancy and the inducement of the main manifestations of the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy.

Bilateral fallopian tube dysgenesis (20%):

Abnormalities in the growth or function of the fallopian tubes. Abnormalities in the growth or function of the fallopian tubes, such as excessively long fallopian tubes, incomplete development of the muscular layer, microvilli defects in the mucosa, multiple fallopian tubes, and additional fimbriae, can all be the cause of tubal pregnancy.
