Fetal heart rate and then fetal arrest is blood coagulation

Fetal heart rate and then fetal arrest is blood coagulation

We all know that when the fetus grows and develops to a certain stage in the mother's body, fetal heartbeat and fetal buds will appear. It is a very critical human organ. Since it is the heart of the fetus, naturally, the growth and development of the fetus may be terminated due to various reasons during the development stage. So, what are the reasons for fetal arrest after the appearance of fetal heartbeat and fetal buds?

Let's use the farmer's basic theory of planting trees to understand:

If a green plant has sprouted, in order to grow into a tree, it needs sufficient water, the roots must grow well, and the quality of the seed must be good enough. The same goes for the fetus. Once the fetal heartbeat appears, whether she can grow to full term requires sufficient blood supply, good test tube embryo quality, and enough lush fur.

Therefore, if the fetal heartbeat appears and then the fetus stops beating, there are mainly the following main reasons:

1. HCG value is slightly lower

The fetal heart and fetal bud appear. If the hair growth is not sufficient, fetal arrest is likely to occur. Whether the hair is growing sufficiently depends on the HCG value. In a normal pregnancy, HCG should reach 100,000 or higher within 70 days of pregnancy. If HCG is too low, the fetus will stop growing. If fetal arrest has occurred, it is recommended to conduct HCG testing at least twice a week during early pregnancy if you become pregnant again.

2. Poor blood supply to the uterine artery

If the fetal heartbeat and fetal bud appear and the HCG value is acceptable, but if the uterine artery blood supply is very poor, the fetus may easily stop growing.

For pregnant women with a history of fetal arrest, we usually do a uterine artery resistance index when doing fetal heart rate ultrasound examinations during the pre-pregnancy period and pregnancy. If the uterine artery is defective or reversed, timely intervention is required.

3. The quality of test tube embryos is not very good

We should not be saddened by the miscarriage of test tube embryos of poor quality. Only the fittest will survive. However, to understand whether there is a problem with the quality of the test tube embryos, the test tube embryos need to be sent for chromosome testing.

4. Older pregnant women

After the age of 40, women's ovaries shrink and cannot produce high-quality eggs. If they become pregnant, they must pay attention to prenatal diagnosis and prenatal examinations. In addition, with the increase of age, hypertension, diabetes, and endocrine diseases, the second largest cause of fetal arrest in older pregnancies is immune coagulation factors.

It is not difficult to see that the presence of fetal heartbeat and fetal bud cannot prevent the occurrence of fetal growth retardation. If fetal growth retardation occurs, you should actively go to the hospital for a physical examination.

V. External Environmental Factors

Since the influence of the external environment is usually invisible and intangible, but long-lasting, whether it is the poor air quality in the surrounding factories, extreme water quality, or harmful radiation, they will all have a negative effect on the test tube embryos. Sometimes this seedling will be strong and unyielding and will grow roots, sprouts and grow again; sometimes it will be unable to withstand the influence of external forces and will wither.

In short, the appearance of fetal heartbeat and fetal bud is not a 100% guarantee for the healthy growth and development of the fetus. Generally speaking, the faster the fetal heartbeat, the lower the probability of fetal arrest.
