Thereby alleviating breast shrinkage and preventing breast sagging. After feeding, massage for 10 minutes continuously, and clean the breasts with cold water twice a day to keep them clean.

During breastfeeding, mothers must pay attention to breast cleaning to prevent nipple infection. In addition, they must learn the correct breastfeeding method, teach their babies to suckle properly, and massage their breasts and maintain good health properly.
