Many women's bodies will undergo some changes after giving birth. The abdomen cannot return to its previous flatness, and the breasts will sag. Some people will develop spots on their faces, gain weight all over their bodies, and may also develop various gynecological diseases. Pregnant women who have given birth vaginally may experience postpartum anterior wall bulging, incomplete urination, and a feeling of heaviness and pain in the lower body. This is because the pelvic floor muscles are damaged and need pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment. There will be physiological bulging of the anterior and posterior walls just after a normal birth. This is for the smooth delivery of the fetus. The pelvic floor muscles, anterior and posterior walls of the vagina, and the entire soft birth canal will be in a relaxed state to increase the meridians of the soft birth canal in order to adapt to the needs of fetal delivery, allowing the fetus to pass through the soft birth canal smoothly. The most direct symptom of postpartum anterior and posterior wall bulging is that the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina bulge out of the vaginal opening, and the bulging anterior and posterior walls of the vagina can be seen directly with the naked eye. The symptoms of prolapse of the anterior vaginal wall often manifest as bladder symptoms. Bladder symptoms can include frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating. Frequent urination means that the number of urinations increases significantly compared to the original, which can increase to more than ten or even twenty times a day. Urinary urgency means that you need to urinate immediately and you cannot hold it. It is possible that urine will flow out involuntarily before you have time to reach the bathroom. Dysuria is pain that occurs when you urinate. The appearance of these symptoms is relatively intuitive, and the person can directly feel the discomfort. The symptoms of posterior vaginal wall bulging mainly affect the smoothness of bowel movements. If the posterior vaginal wall bulges obviously, constipation and a feeling of anal prolapse may occur. Constipation is caused by bulging of the posterior vaginal wall, which compresses the rectum, the passage for stool, and reduces its diameter, making it difficult for stool to pass smoothly. This constipation needs to be relieved by treating the bulging of the posterior wall. In severe cases, ulcers may occur due to bulging of the posterior wall and secondary infection, and there is a possibility of rectovaginal leakage. That is, the two passages of the rectum and vagina, which were originally unconnected, are connected due to the existence of the leakage channel. Feces will come out of the vagina and cause serious infection because there are a large number of bacteria in the feces. |
