In life, many women are troubled by gynecological diseases. When women suffer from gynecological diseases, it will cause great pain to both the body and mind. Women suffer from gynecological diseases, which are often caused by many factors, such as not paying attention to personal hygiene, excessive attention to hygiene, endocrine disorders and some physical diseases. When women suffer from gynecological diseases, they should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time. Why do women have gynecological diseases? Gynecological diseases include endocrine disorders, infertility, dysmenorrhea, gynecological inflammation, gynecological tumors, etc. The vast majority of gynecological inflammations are caused by inflammation due to the invasion of pathogens during menstruation, lack of attention to hygiene during sexual intercourse, or repeated artificial abortions or medical abortions. If it is an endocrine disorder, it is related to daily living habits, emotional instability, excessive stress, and environmental changes. In addition, if it is a gynecological tumor, the cause of the tumor is still not very clear. Uterine fibroids have a certain relationship with estrogen in the body. After menopause, uterine fibroids will shrink or even disappear. There are many clinical causes of infertility, such as ovulation dysfunction, fallopian tube obstruction, endocrine disorders or uterine malformations, which are all causes of infertility. In clinical practice, the cause of gynecological diseases must be found before treatment can be given. Gynecological disease examination methods 1. Ultrasound examination B-ultrasound examination is the most common method of gynecological examination, which has the advantages of simple operation, rapidity and convenience. Examining a woman's ovaries through B-ultrasound to see if there are cysts or solid tumors can help detect gynecological diseases such as adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and endometrial polyps. 2. Cervical TCT examination The cervical TCT examination is a cytological examination method. It uses a special cervical brush to collect exfoliated cells from the surface of the cervix and the cervical canal of the examinee, and then uses fully automatic cell preparation technology to prepare, stain and observe the cells, which helps to detect whether there is cervical cancer or precancerous lesions. 3. Pap smear Pap smear is a test method with a long history (more than 70 years). The specific test time may only be 1 minute. It is very quick, simple, and cheap, but the accuracy is not very high and may lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. The Pap smear test is somewhat similar to the cervical TCT test, in that the doctor will use a scraper to brush out the cervical exfoliated cells from the surface of the cervix of the examinee, and then observe under a microscope for abnormalities after staining and other steps. This examination method can help detect some benign cell changes (infectious and reactive), atypical squamous/glandular cells (severe and mild lesions) and invasive cancer. 4. HPV-DNA detection HPV-DNA testing is a virus testing method with high sensitivity. HPV is a virus, so the HPV-DNA test is a direct test for the cause of the disease. Studies in recent years have shown that 99% of cervical cancer patients are infected with HPV. But this does not mean that HPV infection can be equated with cervical cancer. Because about 80% of women will clear the HPV virus in their bodies within 1-2 years after being infected with HPV, and will not induce cervical cancer. Therefore, if you are tested for HPV infection, don't be too nervous, as further tests are needed. 5. Cancer antigen CA-125 test Cancer antigen CA-125 is a tumor marker. Checking the level of cancer antigen CA-125 in the body's serum is of great auxiliary significance for the discovery of other cancers such as ovarian cancer. However, it should be noted that if the cancer antigen CA-125 test results are high, there is no need to panic, because this does not mean that you have ovarian cancer, it just indicates the possibility of ovarian cancer. In addition, factors such as having benign ovarian disease, taking certain medications or drinking a lot of alcohol before the physical examination may also cause the cancer antigen CA-125 index to be high. In this case, further examination is recommended. If further examination still does not reveal any abnormalities, the person undergoing the physical examination should closely observe changes in his or her body and go for regular check-ups. |
