Will gynecological inflammation heal on its own?

Gynecological inflammation is a common disease among women. Most women suffer from gynecological diseases to a greater or lesser extent. There are many types of gynecological inflammation. Gynecological inflammation can cause great harm to women's health and affect their daily lives. Some women who suffer from gynecological inflammation dare not go to the hospital for examination and treatment, and want to let the gynecological inflammation heal itself. In general, will gynecological inflammation heal itself?

Gynecological inflammation mainly refers to various inflammations of the female reproductive system caused by bacterial and fungal infections, such as vulvitis, vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. Since our human body has a certain degree of resistance and self-repair ability, some relatively minor gynecological inflammations may heal slowly on their own if individuals pay more attention, especially to personal hygiene, menstrual hygiene, and sexual life. However, most gynecological inflammations cannot heal on their own and must be thoroughly treated by a doctor to restore health.

Gynecological inflammation is generally difficult to cure and is prone to recurrence. If female friends find themselves experiencing symptoms such as vulvar itching, abnormal leucorrhea, etc., they must go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination in time to discover the cause and receive symptomatic treatment. Do not avoid seeing a doctor because of shyness. If gynecological inflammation is not treated in time, it will have adverse effects on women's body and life, and may even affect fertility.

What are the symptoms of gynecological inflammation

1. Vaginitis: vulvar itching, increased vaginal discharge, and sometimes burning pain. If vaginitis is accompanied by a urethral infection, symptoms such as frequent urination and painful urination may occur.

2. Cervicitis: The symptoms of cervicitis are mainly abnormal and increased leucorrhea. Acute cervicitis causes purulent leucorrhea. Sometimes accompanied by lower abdominal pain. Increased vaginal discharge may cause vaginal itching. In addition, there may be symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and stinging.

3. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Pelvic inflammatory disease is divided into chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease develops rapidly and is often accompanied by symptoms such as fever, lower abdominal pain, and headache. The symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are not so obvious, and manifest as poor spirits and fatigue.
