In addition, the secretion of prostaglandins can easily cause the blood vessels in the pelvis to dilate, leading to spasms of the pelvic organs and causing low back pain. It is recommended to adjust under the doctor's instructions.

3. Waist cold

As the weather gradually gets warmer, some women will wear less. If they are not careful, their waist will catch a cold, which will not only make the body feel weak, but also cause back pain. In severe cases, it can also induce uterine cold and cause menstrual disorders.

4. Bad sitting posture

If you have an incorrect sitting posture, such as lying down or crossing your legs often, it can easily cause lumbar disc herniation and low back pain.

What should women do if they often have back pain?

1. Go to the hospital for examination in time

If women often feel back pain, they should go to the hospital for examination in time. If it is caused by gynecological diseases, you need to actively cooperate with the treatment and must not ignore it. 2. Exercise properly

Persisting in proper exercise can help promote blood circulation in the human body and also help relieve lower back pain. For example, you can choose sit-ups, which can provide a good exercise for your waist.

3. Keep your waist warm

If a woman's lower back pain is caused by cold, she should pay attention to keeping her waist warm, eat more warm foods, and massage her waist more often to help promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and unblock the meridians.
