What causes endometrial cancer?

Clinically, many diseases occur in the female uterus. Lesions in the uterus also have a great impact on the body. In particular, some malignant tumors may appear in the female uterus, which may endanger life safety. For example, endometrial cancer is one of the more serious malignant diseases and requires targeted treatment. So what causes endometrial cancer?

1. Endometrial cancer is a disease that occurs during the monthly exfoliation and repair process of the endometrium. The reasons are that long-term estrogen stimulation will stimulate endometrial hyperplasia, and progesterone in vivo or in vitro does not have sufficient antagonistic effect. The continuous hyperplasia process can cause lesions. The degree of the lesions may be simple hyperplasia or complex hyperplasia, or even cancer. The rare UPSC may occur through gene mutation, directly causing cancer in the atrophic endometrium and is more malignant.

2. In fact, there are no particularly obvious symptoms in the early stages of endometrial cancer. It can only be discovered through routine examinations or gynecological examinations. Irregular vaginal bleeding is a major symptom of endometrial cancer and the most obvious one. The amount of bleeding is usually small or moderate. Note that some women may think that menstrual blood is caused by irregular menstruation and naturally ignore it. For postmenopausal women, the symptoms include continuous or intermittent bleeding, some of which are small amounts of bloody secretions.

3. Endometrial cancer patients often suffer from obesity, diabetes, and hypertension at the same time, which is called uterine cancer syndrome. Unmarried, non-pregnant and non-childbearing women are also prone to this disease. In addition, long-term chronic inflammation of the uterus, poor sexual hygiene, premature birth and multiple births are also one of the most common and important symptoms of endometrial cancer. Irregular vaginal bleeding is often the earliest warning sign of endometrial cancer. Therefore, if you have irregular vaginal bleeding during menopause, you should take it seriously. You should go to the hospital for a gynecological examination as soon as possible and tell your doctor about any important symptoms.
