3. Some people who use clomiphene to induce ovulation should start follicle monitoring the next day after taking the medicine; some people with poor ovarian function have no response or slow response to clomiphene, so they should pay attention when monitoring follicles.

4. For those with a long menstrual cycle, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, menstruation is often rare, with menstruation occurring only once every 30 days, 50 days or even 90 days. Follicle monitoring can start from the 10th day. If a dominant follicle of more than 12 mm appears, it should be monitored every day or every other day.
