Recipe table for postpartum meals

Natural childbirth is the best way for women to give birth, and this method causes the least damage to the uterus. However, if women want to give birth naturally, they need to make various preparations during pregnancy. First, they need to ensure that the fetus enters the pelvis, and then in the late pregnancy they can promote the contraction of the uterus to allow the fetus to be delivered smoothly. For women who give birth naturally, they need to eat more protein-rich and blood-enriching foods during the confinement period to help the body recover quickly.

Or, add the soup packets and soaking water when fish soup is half cooked, stew for about 10 minutes and remove the soup packets. All soup recipes are for one-time use and cannot be re-cooked.

6. Fruits should mainly be warm in nature (such as apples, peaches, grapes, papayas, cantaloupes, cherries, etc.). Please wash the fruits and warm them in hot water before eating.

7. If you feel the soup is too greasy, you can skim off the floating oil on the surface of the soup.
