Breast nodular lesions

Breast nodular lesions

Breast nodules generally do not cause breast cancer. This disease is caused by degenerative lesions of the mammary ducts and endocrine disorders. It mainly occurs in women of childbearing age and will disappear automatically during menopause. The way to prevent breast nodules is to maintain a good attitude. Pregnancy and breastfeeding can prevent the occurrence of breast hyperplasia, and hyperplasia will not occur after weaning.

Can breast nodules become cancerous?

Generally speaking, breast nodules will not become cancerous. Breast nodules are a non-tumor disease under the condition of breast cystic hyperplasia. They are structural degenerative lesions of mammary tissue ducts and lobules and progressive growth of connective tissue. The main cause of the disease is endocrine hormone imbalance. Common in women of childbearing age, spontaneous remission after menopause.

Prevention of Breast Nodules

1. Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Pregnancy and breastfeeding are good ways to combat breast hyperplasia. Adequate secretion of progesterone can effectively protect and repair the mammary glands. Breastfeeding can make the mammary glands fully develop and degenerate well after weaning, making hyperplasia less likely to occur.

2. Maintain a positive attitude

Being less angry, less tempered, keeping emotions stable, lively and cheerful are beneficial to the early recovery of hyperplasia.

3. Regulate menstruation

Based on findings from medical research. Women with irregular menstrual cycles are more prone to breast hyperplasia than others. By regulating endocrine and menstruation, breast hyperplasia can also be prevented and treated.

4. Repeated visits to the hospital for checkups

For patients with breast hyperplasia nodules who cannot be ruled out as cancerous, they should go to the hospital for repeated examinations and undergo biopsy if necessary.

5. Regular sleep

Adjusting sleep is not only beneficial for balancing endocrine system. It also provides a good environment for various hormones in the body to achieve balanced health effects. There is power in unity, and various hormones working together can naturally defeat breast hyperplasia.

6. Self-examination and health care

Patients with breast pain, lumps, and breast hyperplasia nodules should be examined by a doctor, learn self-breast examination methods, and practice self-care.

7. Take proper selenium supplement

Selenium is an indispensable trace element for the human body and has strong antioxidant capacity. Selenium supplementation can enhance the antioxidant capacity of cells, regulate endocrine and metabolism, and remove toxins from the body, and it is very effective in preventing breast diseases.

8. Reduce estrogen in the body and control estrogen intake

Exercise more, consume excess fat, and prevent obesity from aggravating breast hyperplasia. Avoid taking contraceptives containing estrogen, and appropriately control the intake of estrogen-rich foods such as soy. It is forbidden to abuse beauty products containing estrogen; eat less poultry and aquatic products fed with feed (containing hormones); use health products containing estrogen with caution; use hormone replacement therapy with caution to relieve menopausal symptoms.

9. Supplement vitamins and minerals

If the human body lacks B vitamins, vitamin C or minerals such as calcium and magnesium, the synthesis of prostaglandin E will be affected, and the breast will experience or worsen hyperplasia under the excessive stimulation of other hormones.

10. Maintain good living habits

Live a regular life, combine work and rest, have regular work and rest schedules, and don't stay up late. Irregular work and rest schedules can disrupt hormone secretion and aggravate breast hyperplasia. Maintaining a harmonious sex life can regulate endocrine disorders. Keeping your bowel movements regular can help relieve breast tenderness.

11. Low-fat, high-fiber diet

Follow the "low-fat, high-fiber" dietary principles, eat more whole-grain foods, beans and vegetables, increase the body's metabolic pathways, and reduce adverse stimulation to the breast. Also, control the intake of animal protein to avoid excessive estrogen and breast hyperplasia.
