2. Pregnant women with dry skin should not wash their faces frequently. This is because soap will wash away the natural oils on the skin. It is best to use mild products instead, which have no negative effects on pregnant women.

3. The diet should maintain a nutritional balance, increase the intake of minerals such as magnesium and calcium, such as meat, fish, and eggs, and also increase necessary fatty acids and vitamins, such as green vegetables, fruits, milk, fish oil, nuts, grains, beans, etc. Reduce the amount of foods containing stimulants in your daily diet, such as coffee, alcohol, tea, etc., and drink more water.
